My 7 year old daughter fall down some month back. Now she has swelling around upper front tooth. That tooth also having some black discoloration. What we have to do?

Black discoloration is a sign which shows that her tooth had nerve injury when she falls down. So now you have to visit the dentist for x-ray of that tooth. depending on that we can do root canal treatment to save the permanent tooth if an x-ray tooth looks savable.
