I have started noticing that since some days my teeth are looking yellow.,also i can see some hard deposition around the teeth which was not there before its very difficult to remove. what can i do?

Its called tarter deposition around the teeth. which need regular cleaning and polishing. it is advisable to get regular cleaning at every 6 months. outer deposition is removed with scaling if you want to change shade of teeth you can also get teeth whitening.
