You should get one dental X-ray done. If damage is there around pulp tissue then root canal treatment is mandatory. Sometimes, Symptoms like pain and swelling do not come immediately. That can come later also. So regular follow- up is necessary in such cases. In case damage is superficial then dental filling, Veneers or caps are the option to get good smile.
