Pyorrhea is generally an infection of the gums. You should get the deep cleaning done. Sometimes, gum recession also causes sensitivity in teeth. You can use anti-sensitivity toothpaste or mouthwash for that. For pyorrhea, you have to visit a dentist regularly.
