Yes, There are two options other than this treatment like removable denture and dental implant. In crown and bridge treatment, Adjacent two teeth are shaved and and minimum three unit crowns are placed. Whereas, For dental implant, Adjacent teeth are not shaved and dental implant is placed in to the bone and with the help of it, Implant crown is placed.
