    Community Forums General Dentistry I can see cavity in front tooth but it is not painful. What should I do?

      If cavity is not painful then may be it has not reached to the pulp. However, it is not same in all case . Dental x-ray is required for the confirmation. If it is not deep then you can go for filling. Tooth colored filling material will help yo to hide that cavity and it will protect your tooth also.
