I have visited dental clinic and doctor told me that I have infection in tooth so what is the treatment for that?

Tooth or gum problem cause infection. if infection is because of tooth and if it is savable then root canal treatment is advisable. which is followed by crown placement. in case of fractured tooth anf non- savable tooth, tooth has to be extracted.
