Two days back felt a little growth over the gum of lower jaw (near molar area). Today I pinched and bleeding happened. I am concern about the growth (benign or malignant?. I am non smoker, do consume alcohol. The teeth just near the affected area had RCT and recently there was infection and little bit of pain still there. I took pain killer and antibiotics 15 days back.

Bleeding may be because of infection. you should get one latest x-ray done to confirm the presence of infection. there are two options. if tooth and bone condition is sound then you can go for re-root canal treatment. however. poor condition of bones, gums and teeth will not support the treatment. you can get removed that tooth which is followed by placement of implant.
