Around 3 years ago I have a cavity(hole) in my teeth then I had visited a doctor and he performed filling so after 3 years now half of the filling is out and I feel pain. So now I have VISIT’s 3 doctors and 2 of them said that you simply need a filling but one of them said that you need a root canal so I am bit confused now that what should I do now I need your consultation in that regards. please send your dental x-ray . so we can confirm the depth of cavity. if it not deep then filling can be done and if it is deep or it is symptomatic then root canal treatment is performed. sometimes, root canal treatment has to be done in case of severe sensitivity.
