when gums and bone condition is not good , tooth can become loose or mobile. in that case , first you need to visit Dentist. and doctor will evaluate everything if is is mild then it can be cured with proper cleaning and maintenance. however, tooth can be joint with the treatment of splinting. but not in all case. in extreme condition, that can be removed also.
