i am having severe pyorrhea. my gums frequently bleed also i am having bad smell problem.what need to done?

For a gums disease if it’s mild to moderate then regular cleaning and maintenance is enough. if the gums disease is severe some times deep cleaning and flap surgery is also indicated.
