Its called abrasion of teeth. where buccal surface of teeth wear off and form facet.its commonly seen in case of vigour brushing with head tooth brush. you can change your tooth brush to soft to extra soft. need to get it done foiling in mild to moderate facet. if it has involve nerve then in some case root canal treatment is also necessary.
