As you have mention that puss is coming from the gums that means you are in advance stage of gums disease which also called pyorrhea. Need to visit dentist for evaluation of how badly the gums are affected treatment will be decide on X-ray and bone support of teeth. Need deep cleaning and might require flap surgery too.
