If possible please share an x-ray with us. You can go for re-RCT first and the doctor will put medication inside the tooth. When you will not have the symptoms and the x-ray shows some improvement then we can fill the canals. But if the tooth does not show any improvement then the last option would be the extraction of that tooth.
