I have a sharp pain in my three lower front teeth when biting down on food, with a little swelling in the gums on the back side of one of the teeth, and one of them is one where i got root canaling done a few years back. so what to do?

Root canal treated tooth can get infection again. infection of that tooth or gum can cause pain near that area. sometimes, cap position is not proper . in that case also you may feel pain on chewing. if that is the problem then you should consult your doctor and doctor will do some adjustments.
