As you have mentioned that swelling is back side of last tooth might be there is a possibilty that permanent tooth is erupting there. But safer side you can get Xray done so we can confirm it. Another possible reason is that baby’s tooth has decayed and got infected and has swelled. So xray wil clear the cause.
