bleeding may be because of infection. you should get one latest x-ray done to confirm the presence of infection. there are two options. if tooth and bone condition is sound then you can go for re-root canal treatment. however. poor condition of bones, gums and teeth will not support the treatment. you can get removed that tooth which is followed by placement of implant.
