Pus in gum. And gum are red. My kids age is 6 year and 11 month. what is the reason?

In picture, I can see one half tooth is visible. So please inform us in the detail about that tooth. During the eruption of tooth, gums may becomes red and inflamed. so check for that also. poor oral hygiene also create red gums in the mouth.
